How do I return or exchange an item?
At Strapatelier, we strive for customer satisfaction with every purchase with us. Should you find yourself unsatisfied, we gladly accept returns or exchange within 7 days of receiving the parcel. Please ensure the returned merchandise is in new condition, with all packaging & tags included. This means no wear, damage, stains, odors, or alterations. For international customers, shipping costs for returns or exchanges are your responsibility, and please ensure the goods are safely shipped until they reach us.
How do I return the item?
The customer must send an email to our customer service team to obtain authorization and our address before mailing out any returns or exchanges. The return or exchange must be authorized within 7 days of receiving the parcel which is traced via the courier delivered date provided. The customer has the freedom to choose any shipping method they prefer for the return or exchange process.
How long will it take for my return or exchange to be processed?
We thank you for your understanding as we process your return or exchange. Upon receipt of your item, we strive to ship out exchanges within two business days. In the event of any processing delays, we will promptly inform you through email or phone. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Rejected refund or exchange requests
Strapatelier reserves the right to refuse any refund or exchange request if we suspect that the product has been used or worn or if there are other unspecified reasons. We may also require customers to send back the item in case of a refund due to a faulty product, as we need it for investigation purposes.
